cancelations + reschedules

If you need to reschedule, please let me know ASAP. I need at least 7 days notice prior to our appointment to possibly be able to fill the open spot. I understand that emergency situations can happen, but please take into consideration my time + process. I book out at least 1-2 months in advance, so last minute schedule changes are difficult to accommodate most of the time. I can transfer your initial deposit to one reschedule. Any further reschedules after that, I will ask for another $100 deposit which will not go towards the total cost.

Deposits are non-refundable once submitted. This is payment for my time, i.e. emailing, drawing, scheduling, marketing, etc.

I will confirm with you the day before our appointment. If I don't hear back at least 2 hours before our scheduled time, I will ask you to reschedule.

Cancelations / No-Shows will not be refunded.
