Make sure you are well rested, have eaten a meal + are hydrated before your appointment. Moisturizing + exfoliating the area you plan on getting tattooed, at least a week before, helps with the tattooing process immensely.
Please refrain from taking any kind of blood-thinning medication beforehand as well. If you are under the influence of drugs +/or alcohol, I legally cannot tattoo you. I suggest not getting tattooed if you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
Remember your ID for paperwork + any snacks / beverages you would like to bring with you.
Wear loose, comfy clothing that is easily accessible to the area that will be tattooed. You can also bring clothes to change into. I offer the option of bringing your own razor with you for me to use to prep the area that will be tattooed. I use mostly biodegradable materials for my tattoo setup. By bringing your own razor, this will help reduce negative impacts on the environment. :)
Open + honest communication throughout this entire process is very important to me. You are entitled + encouraged to voice any questions or concerns you might have. I am always available through messages on Instagram or email prior to or after our appointment.
I will go over aftercare instructions with you in person + give you written instructions to take home. Everyone heals differently, so if you have ANY questions during this process, please reach out any time. I offer free touch-ups once your tattoo has completely healed after 3-4 weeks.
My top priority is your safety + making sure you feel comfy throughout our time together. ♡
